The lovely taverna of Sa Buneri is set in a stunning location on a hillside in Simou, overlooking the waters of the Evretou Dam. The views are spectacular, looking down over the dam to the sea at Polis, and up the valley to the Pafos Forest, and the mountains of the Troodos range beyond. There is always a cooling breeze blowing here, even on the hottest days of summer.
The taverna is stone built and spacious, with paved outdoor terraces, partly under shade, and planted with trees, bushes and flowering shrubs. The indoor area has opening glass doors all round and can seat several hundred people or much smaller parties. In winter, there is central heating and a log fire in a stone fireplace.
The food is traditional Cypriot, and a well-stocked bar complements it with its range of local wines, beers and spirits. The taverna is open all the year round, for lunch or dinner and is freshly cooked for each customer by the owner, Eleni.
With its location and all of its amenities, the taverna is an ideal choice for wedding parties of any size. In the main courtyard, there is a raised area that is perfect for a DJ, singer or small band, and plenty of space for dancing. The reception itself can be arranged outside or inside, depending on numbers and time of year.
Sa Buneri can offer a wide range of food choices, with extensive menus of Cypriot traditional food, or a broader menu of international dishes of finger food, BBQ, or hot dishes, tempting desserts and pastries. The menus give you a choice from any of the food offered, mixed and matched, and are quoted individually.
Let us arrange a full package for you, which will include food, entertainment, photographer, cake, transport, hair and beauty, and flowers. The taverna can be transformed with fairy lights everywhere, a wedding arch, balloons, and table decorations to match your own colour theme.
Sa Buneri is a truly magical setting to make your special day one that will live for ever in your memories.

Family and family ties are all important to the Cypriot people and one example of this sense of history is clearly evident today in this unique museum... this beautiful old building was a family home for many generations.
Wedding ceremonies take place in the cool courtyard, full of antiquities, below the old building housing the museum. The past, present and future all in one tranquil place. There is no better place to celebrate a marriage.
Museum Wedding Testimonial
"...once again, thank you for making our wedding a very special occasion. It was everything we wanted it to be and more."
Wendy and Danny Holt.

This delightful taverna and restaurant is an integral part of Pafos. So many features and articles have been written about the place in the European press that many visitors ensure a visit here is high on their list of priorities.

Don't expect starched linen table cloths and silver service but do expect organic home grown produce exquisitely cooked, happily served by all members and ages of the family, including George, until you say STOP! We are delighted to be able to recommend this amazing taverna as one of our truly authentic Cypriot venues.

This delightful old stone inn is located in an elevated position in a rustic setting, close to a village just outside Pafos. Once a traveller's inn, on the road between Pafos and Limassol, this lovely old building has been beautifully restored, and finished to a high standard. It nestles among orange and olive groves, and offers a unique setting for your wedding, in a totally traditional atmosphere. You will have exclusive use of the hotel, and the ceremony will be held in the pretty gardens, under the grape vine.
With eight en suite bedrooms, one of them the Bridal Suite, a swimming pool in the garden, and other bedrooms available in a family-owned house in the village, your whole party can be accommodated. Your wedding can be held at the Municipality in Yeroskipou, followed by the wedding feast at the hotel. This will be a wonderful array of the finest traditional Cypriot food and wines. The owner of the hotel, and her family, will make your day truly memorable and make you feel as though you and your guests are part of the family
