Terms and Conditions

Before you pay your fee to daisy daisy, please take the time to look through our Terms and Conditions.

1. A non-returnable deposit of 250 Euros is payable to secure the services of daisydaisyweddings. A final fee of 200 Euros, to cover administration costs, will be added to your invoice.

2. The invoice outlined above will include our own fee of €450. This is the total fee from daisy daisy weddings, that includes all our services in arranging your wedding.

3. We cannot give you an absolute guarantee that your date will not be changed, for example by the Registrar's office or the Priest. It rarely happens but if it does, it is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible. We will do everything we can to secure another date, as close to the first as possible, and make all the necessary alterations to all other bookings that we have made on your behalf.

4. If the payments outlined in Clause 3 are not made, daisy daisy reserve the right to cancel your booking.

5. If you have to cancel the wedding date for reasons beyond your control, and you wish to re-schedule, we will do everything we can to secure another date, and change all the related bookings to the new date.

6. If you cancel your booking more than 3 months before the booked date, and cannot re-schedule, 50% of any money paid will be returned to you. For a cancellation made less than 3 months before the wedding, 25% of any money paid will be returned to you.

7. The production of all necessary documents required by law, as outlined on our website is your responsibility. If you have any questions about these, please check with us.

8. All the suppliers for your wedding have been chosen by us, based on their reliability and reputation, and in many cases from our personal experience. We cannot however accept any responsibility for their work or services.

9. Breakages of any goods or equipment from suppliers, caused by you or anybody in your party will be your responsibility. Replacements or repair must be agreed with the service supplier and paid for by you.

10. daisy daisy cannot make any payment to suppliers on your behalf until we have received the appropriate funds from you.

And finally, we are delighted that you have chosen daisy daisy to be your wedding planners. We will do everything we can to ensure that your special day is perfect and magical, and wish you both a very happy future together.
