Our caterers can provide a lavish menu for your garden reception. Choose from a wide range of mouth-watering canapes, a choice of hot dishes or barbeque, and delicious tempting desserts.

The caterers can also provide a full bar for you, and arrange for the hire of glasses, crockery and cutlery.

Born in South Africa of Cypriot parents and the second of 5 daughters, Chris believes that her love for gourmet food came from her mother who was forever cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her big family.

After finishing school she completed a 3 year course at the School of Catering/Gourmet Cooking. She then attended numerous seminars and culinary classes specialising in food preparation and presentation which she enjoyed tremendously. At this stage she got married and started a family which did not leave her much time to work and she mainly catered for close friends on special occasions.

She became a member of the South African Sugarcraft Association in 1974 and took all the courses available on cake baking and decorating. She kept herself very busy working from home making decorated cakes for children's birthday parties and advanced to very elaborately decorated wedding cakes, many of which won awards at the yearly competitions held by the Sugarcraft Association. She then progressed to teaching baking and cake decorations for many years.

All the delicious food is prepared using tried and tested recipes, using the freshest and best ingredients available. The food is delivered to your reception venue, together with chafing dishes for the anything hot. Everything will be set up before the event, and the team will return the following morning to remove all the empty dishes, the cutlery and the glasses. There are many menus to choose from, which can be mixed and matched to suit your own preferences.

For a superb buffet meal, an alternative to a full catering service could be selected canapes and platters from the top delicatessen in Pafos. These can be made up to your own specifications, and delivery can be arranged to your venue. All prices on application.
