You will find a bewildering choice of wedding venues, hotel accommodation, meal options, wedding cakes, flowers, cars or carriages, photograph packages, and so on. Each wedding is quite different so consequently costs will vary according to your choices and the number of guests attending. We will be very happy to guide you through everything that is on offer, so that your wedding will be truly personal and unique.

Our services will always cover at least the following:

Prior to your arrival in Pafos

• Receiving and processing your initial application.
• Checking the venue for availability and booking it.
• Taking you to the Town Hall for registration.
• Sending written confirmation to you.
• Ordering all your requirements, such as florist, cake maker, hair stylist etc., with suppliers.
• Checking all your documentation with the authorities before you arrive in Cyprus.
• Discussing the options of hotels, meals etc to give you a more accurate idea of costs.

On your arrival in Pafos

• Meeting you at the airport on your arrival and taking you to your hotel.
• Meeting you the following day for a full discussion on final preparations.
• Taking you to your chosen venue to ensure that everything has been planned according to your requirements.
• Taking you to your hairdresser, also your bridesmaids, for a 'trial'.
• Taking you to the florist to check your flower orders.
• Meeting with the photographer.
• Checking the transport arrangements.
• Taking you to a pre-arranged meeting with the authorities to complete the documentation.
• Being available at all reasonable times to answer your queries.
• Being with you on your wedding day, to help the day run smoothly, to co-ordinate all the services suppliers, and to ensure that your day is absolutely perfect from start to finish.

We have listed some of the more personal services such as florists, transport etc., on the following pages, so that you can make your own selection and pay for them nearer to the wedding date. This will give you an idea of the total cost of your wedding, but of course you can add to your choices, or delete things, or change your mind, just as you wish.

The account for hotel accommodation etc may be payable at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice from the venue, which will be settled by you, as will all the official charges such as the registrar’s fees when you arrive in Pafos.
